A skilled Massage Therapist and Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the field and eight times the state-required training hours. Her fascination with the human body and its healing capabilities has fuelled her passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness. Aubrey's comprehensive training in physical healing practices spans across both Canada and the United States, reflecting her commitment to broadening her expertise.
Aubrey began her journey in the wellness industry by earning her Spa Therapist Diploma. She then expanded her skill set by completing her Yoga Teacher’s training and obtaining her Registered Massage Therapy License in Canada from the best worldwide Massage Therapy Collage. Upon relocating to the United States, Aubrey continued her professional development by securing her Massage Therapy License in California. She then further specialized in Lymphatic Drainage, enhancing her ability to provide targeted, effective treatments.
With over 3500 hours of professional training in both Eastern and Western healing practices, Aubrey is adept at identifying the root cause of health issues through comprehensive health history and manual assessments. This thorough approach enables her to devise individualized treatment plans that effectively address each client's unique needs. The importance of Manual Lymphatic Drainage following liposuction cannot be overstated. This procedure significantly reduces inflammation and the formation of hard, lumpy adhesions that result from the trauma inflicted by the cannula, which can cause fluid to accumulate in these channels. Lymphatic drainage effectively moves this fluid back into the lymph vessels, thereby alleviating inflammation and associated pain. If left untreated, this inflammation can lead to fibrosis, a condition characterized by the hardening of tissue, or seromas, which are pockets of blood. Therefore, for optimal results, lymphatic drainage is highly recommended post-liposuction. Lymphatic drainage can be performed the following day after surgery. The frequency of Manual Lymphatic Drainage will vary from person to person and condition to condition. It will also depend on a client’s treatment goals, time and budget. Generally, we recommend receiving Manual Lymphatic Drainage once a week to once a month. Post operative clients can come as regularly as every day.
For clients who would like to remove toxins, decrease inflammation and maintain their lymphatic system, we would recommend coming in for one session a week in the first month and then a session every week- two weeks. For specific contains like post-operative and lymphedema the frequency required for optimal results will increase to multiple sessions a week or month.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your massage therapy appointment. However, in order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hour’s notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Failure to provide at least 24 hour’s notice will result in a penalty. The penalty will be a charge equivalent to the full session fee.
2. No Show: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without any prior communication, it will be considered a no-show. In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis. However, consistent late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
